Hesitation when cold.

Had the 550 in for brake service at 27k. Told the dealer there was a hesitation when it was cold. Nothing real bad. The dealer checked the computer, no codes. but was able to verify the concern. The technician changed all 8 injectors and plugs along with some EGR hoses.

Still a slight hesitation but seem to be OK.

I give my dealer kudos for actually doing something without a computer telling them what is wrong. I would definable buy another car from them.

Out of curiosity, do you use a fuel from the recommended list on www.toptiergas.com?

FWIW, Mobil puts enough detergents in their fuel to qualify, Sunoco doesn't.

Hi Katies Dad7,

Have your problems persisted after the injectors were replaced? I'm having similar issues.

So far so good. I get a small amount of transmission stiffness but nothing I can't live with. As for the motor, it is all better.
