2010 M5 or 2013 F10 550i M-Sport?

Found a couple gems out there, some with factory warranty left....I am coming out of an X5 (back to a sedan, thank god) and have literally been all over the board....new M3? used M5? new 550i?.....was is DCT in the 2010 or SMG? Sold my 08 550i and loved pretty much everything about that car. Would love some insight here!!

From what I have read, The E60 M5 and the F10 are completely different cars. I have an E60 M5 with SMG trans. The F10 M5 has the DCT ( I believe the M3 has this trans also) and it is said to be smooth as silk. I dont think an F10 550 is available with the DCT trans but I may be wrong. The M cars are nothing like the other 5 series so you should definetly drive whatever you are interested in throughly. To me, the V10/SMG M5 is in a class by itself. This thing just roars to life and you never get tired of it. I've had a 325, a 530 and a new X5. All were/are great cars but the M5 compares to nothing else. You must drive it though as some dont like the ride, the SMG and expect more of a luxury sedan. BMW was going after this with the new F10 M5 and some purists dont like it. I can't say because I have never driven the new one but at 560 HP it is blistering fast.
