Replacing top hydraulic cylinders?

Took off the top, (what a bitch), because I knew I had a hydraulic leak. Motor was running but the top wasn't moving. The pump looks new, no water intrusion, and runs fine but was empty of fluid. The cylinders on BOTH sides were leaking A LOT so I ordered two more, ($450 each ). Anyone have any experience replacing these? How do you transfer the fluid lines properly? Is there any tips you can pass on?

Much thanks to SHIPKILLER for his excellent instructions on removing the top. Couldn't have done it otherwise. And, thanks in advance for any replies.
