Dead or dying battery? Can you open the door with the key in the lock? Then see if your battery has enough juice to start the car.

Look in the e46 wiki about re-synchronizing your key to the car. It could be that. Link above your first post above.

Just tried both keys work but pins still wont go up! Do you think that it might be actuators?

The button inside the car will send the pins up and down, right? That would rule out actuators I'd think. Did you try the resynchronize procedure in the wiki?

I did synchronized the key! the inside button make only noise wont lock or unlock, key will only lock both doors pins go down but wont unlock, manually I can only unlock my side not passenger, also I can open boot and petrol flap with key Got the relays replaced and the only plus is that i get at least unlocking sound.
It really bugs me!

When you say you got the relays replaced, are you talking about those in the GM5?

If the relays where replaced and the board wasn't damaged in the process then most likely the problem is the door lock actuators. If the problem was intermittent unlocking problems then that is most likely a module problem. If the unlocking problem is not intermittent (solid failure) then it's most likely the actuator(s).

If the key remote works the trunk and locks the doors then do not attempt key resync. It's not needed. The key is already synced. I test keys I repair on my car all the time and one day right after syncing a couple keys for testing the whole module (GM5) died. All functions, windows, wipers, door locks, interior lights, keyless entry, alarm and trunk release all dead. People call me the GM5 guy and I was not able to repair it. I had to install a new one and get it coded to my car. The odds are that nothing bad will happen, but, if it's not needed, don't do it.

Like I said in my previous post, "If the unlocking problem is not intermittent (solid failure) then it's most likely the actuator(s)." Actuator failure is much more common on the coupe and convertibles than on the sedan or touring (wagon).
