How is this deal possible?

How much are they actually discounting the car? It seems too good to be true and way better deal than mine and mine was good…. sorry don't know how to create the link

I couldn't see the options because their server had an error but I know that they make the deals better and better to get rid of remaining inventory at the end of the model year. It comes down to price vs. selection. If they have what you like at a great price then you get it. If you wait and they don't have what you want, then you have to pay full price to get what you want when the new model year rolls around. I did fine and you did too. Got what we wanted at a price we liked. Think of all those people that were paying MSRP a year ago just to get into an M5 or better yet, ordered what they wanted and paid MSRP. I think that waiting past the middle of the model year is probably the best way to go. They are more willing to negotiate and still have good selection. Anyway, it's just money and you have a car now that you get to drive and enjoy. Money just sits there waiting to be used.

Still a very good price. Maybe considered a demo technically, but with under a 100 miles on it, it might as well be brand new.

Acually no full leather so it isn't 108K but 105K or so

LCI M5's can be had with discounts here in the UK, why buy an old model when you can get the bew one at the same price.
I got a great deal for the LCI for September, £126700:00 discount.
