2013 M3 CPP or Msport 435 with PPK

I had a 2008 M3 and loved it. Sold it after 3 years and missed it ever since. Love the rush of my E90 Auto Msport with PPK but have a line on a new M3 loaded for a very good price.

The Question is do I go proven or new? The M3 fits me perfect and I love the adjustablity of the DCT and suspension etc. The new car will have the latest tech and some adjustability, 8 speed Sport Auto and the Power Pack( so it should be quick) But will lack the readyness and Slideability of an M

Any thoughts on my choices? I have looked at that E90-92 dash since 2006 but I think the E90-92 cars are tighter and richer than the new cars, which feel a bit cheapened.
