HVAC lighting improvement
Standard HVAC lighting:
 Improved HVAC lighting:  Still not perfect, but better nonetheless. I'm going to keep working on it.

You have a lamp out. There are two, I think. One obvious and one below.
Lighting is even on my '01.

My lighting seems balanced, though the colors came out a little funny in the picture.

CGA ... wow. That's a trip on the Wayback Machine.
I just looked at the original for that picture and the colors look a lot better. I usually throw my pictures through a macro on Photoshop to auto-color-balance and auto-contrast the pictures and save them in a bunch of different formats/sizes. The lighting is unconventional, so it screwed them up. This is one picture that I should have done by hand, especially since it's a keeper. I can take hundreds of photos before dumping them to the notebook, so doing them all by hand is not practical. Here's a resized version of the untouched original:  In case anyone is wondering, it's a Canon G1.
