7 Series - E65 / E66 (2002 - 2008)
Discussion of BMW's 4th generation E65/E66 7 Series flagship. The E65 generated much controversy, due to its radical styling and iDrive user difficulties. Nonetheless, the E65 broke records to become the best-selling 7-series iteration ever, especially after its 2005 facelift.

Popping in radio

I have a 2003 bmw 745i. I washed it 3 days ago and pulled it back in the garage. I went to drive it today and the battery was dead. I boosted it off and it crank right up, but my navigation and radio makes a popping sound. It goes in and out. My nav is flickering. Any suggestions as to what i can do?

I am not sure if you have found the problem but my popping from the radio was a bad amp. Don't know about the nav part. My nav is still working fine.
