2006 760li....I really can't believe the stereo in this car is acting up ...I don't drive the car much .....68,000 miles I do not red line the volume... but there is a faint popping sound in the front passenger side door speaker ....has anyone else experienced this... is there an adjustment feature anywhere in the system.....or is a $600.00 speaker replacement the only solution...

Get a fiber optic loop and bypass the L7 if the popping goes away then you've found the problem, If not bypass the next unit until you've isolated the faulty unit. you can't bypass the ASK unit so if all else shows to be ok then it's your ASK
