Just came back from my first x5d road trip LA to Napa and back. 100MPH on the long stretches and I was still getting 23.5MPG NICE! I wish It hd a couple more gears as I feel it really liked to cruise at 85-90, all that low end torque needs an extra gear but, 6 hrs from LA to Napa I can't really complain.

I did smell the diesel more than I ever did on the test drive, or with the 335ds I've had as loaners is this normal? Please let me know as I thought that was a thing of the past w/DEF.

I can't wait to get a hitch installed and do a little pulling with it. I really want an Airstream. That would be perfect for a wine country crash pad.

Peace,
SteveO
