Yes, but you get those back at turn in. Msds are way better than putting actuall cash back that you would never see again. Op, where did you find this info, was going to lease a 2013 msport for $749 a month but might spend the extra for this deal.

Where did you get a quote for $749 a month for an msport,
What kind was it? I'm looking for an msport 35i now with an Msrp of 69500 and have been getting quotes for $899/mo for 39 mo with 15k:yr and taxes and fees down

CRAZY deal. I'm paying more than $1,000 CAD taxes in for my 13 X5d after $5,000 down, and it's a 48 mo. lease. But of course, I'm in Canada....heck, life is good when you still live in igloos. ;(
