See my response on your other thread. Did not see this first. You need to pull the DME and make sure it does not look like this:

I believe the purple relays are the wipers but your starter relay is down there as well.

problems with my 7series

so i cleaned he silver relays up an found out 1 was too the winshield wipers which worked. before but now they dont . iwas checking the fuses and wires underneath the seat and i found 1 rusted so i clean that up and i found some wires heat were completely corotted an i cleaned em up hooked them back up and now i have no blinkers winshield wipers horn dosent work. odemetor coming on now ether i got a bit agravated and stopped working on it for a while. i checked all the fuses and none are blown. im still getting no sparks it turns over fine. no problems with the ecw. iknow theres a humming noice in my dme ichecked all the prongs they loook super good. im gona have to get a few pics of everything and have u tell me what you think . is there a coil relay ??? thats my big question . but im thinking it mite be a bad dme. becuase my parking light was constantly staying on before i messed with the corroted wires now it only comes on with the key but i have no odometor lights no horn no blinkers winshield wipers etc

Now you need to check the General Module behind the glove box. If the passenger floor is wet, probably sunroof drain issue and it leaks behind, and often inside, the glove box. You are probably going to need this:
