7 Series - E65 / E66 (2002 - 2008)
Discussion of BMW's 4th generation E65/E66 7 Series flagship. The E65 generated much controversy, due to its radical styling and iDrive user difficulties. Nonetheless, the E65 broke records to become the best-selling 7-series iteration ever, especially after its 2005 facelift.

I used the laser iridiums when I did my spark plugs. The NGK website outlines the differences.

sparkplug change

2006 750LI 4.8 litre E66 82,000 miles . If you can use a socket wrench / you can do this
I changed my spark plugs myself . It took about 1 1/2 hrs. NGK Iridium IX
you need 2 - 3" extentions 3/8 socket wrench + 5/8 sparkplug deep socket
flip up clip with small screwdriver on coil , then unplug wire jack.
The coil boots are 6" long , you can get them out. just pull and wiggle. piggyback 3" extentions
into holes in engine block. put die-electric grease on new porcelain plug, so socket will pull off
and boot will slip on easy. And anti-seize cream on plug threads. (just tighten them snug)
None of these was difficult to do . I heard people say the back ones are really hard .BS
$7 ea x 8 = $56 bucks plugs
$10 dielectric grease , antiseize cream
