E63 / E64 6 Series (2003 - 2013)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

video retrofit

This is for 5 series video brain. It connects the cameras with the rest of the car. How does it hook up to the navi unit? Would 2010 650i have the port to retrofit?

Is your goal to install a camera or play video?

Those inputs are for the front, back and side cameras. This is what I'd like to do. Is it possible to retrofit this brain and the cameras into my 2010 650i ?

Hmmm... Out of my experience. I've only put in a backup camera.

Resurecting...
Does anyone have any input or experience here? Or do I blaze the way?
I'd like to do back and side cameras.
I've never needed a front camera. LOL

I don't know anything about it, but you should point a camera up in the air for the 4th. That way you maintain spacial awareness James Bond style...just in case you are being approached by a helicopter from behind intending you bad things.

Funny.
You know the roof on the coupe is almost all glass, AND the rear glass pops up just enough to get a small rocket launcher out of the car.
My other cars have rear view cameras and I miss it on the new 650.

You know work hates it when I get a new car...
Ohh well, I have enough 90 hour work weeks to make up for it.

You can get a video interface for the new (CIC) computer screen. Intstalls just like the old system but they also after picture-in-picture for the ODC.
Look on eBay. The connector is round rather than the rectangular on the old car. Installation is easier too.

Congrats on the new ride.
