2014 X3 Driver side door/B pillar Rattle

I got delivery of my 2014 X3 35i in May and already have 4500 miles on it. The ride quality is great and DHP is amazing. I'm getting 27 in the city with avg 35 mph speed and close to 33-34 on the highway - so not complaining about the mileage.

For the last few weeks I've noted a tinny rattle coming from the driver side door or the B-pillar. It is close to ear/shoulder level (I think). It only comes when I'm driving over rough roads and seems to be getting progressively worse. Its driving me nuts to have this annoying sound in a 60K car

Getting it checked out in 2 weeks for warranty service. I did a quick google search and found several forum members with similar problems but these were on other models/older cars. Seems like everyone had a different fix. I'm trying to see if anyone else is having problem with their current generation X3 and what fixed it.
