What do you think about these rims?

What do you think about me putting these wheels on my Bmw M3?
The tire sizes on these are 235/45/17 and I would put a 245/40/17 on the rear to put it back to oem... im not sure off the offset or actual rim size but I suppose they are 17x7.5

Mein Auto: 90 Ford Tempo
235/45 is not OEM size.
235/40 on 7.5 wheel is OEM on 95.
225/45F 245/40 R on staggered wheel widths is OEM on 96-99.
235/40 reads 2 mph fast @ 60 mph.

235/45 F 245/40 R may trigger the ASC system if it is still functional.
