Does anybody lowered his GT X-drive with Hamann springs?

Hey guys!
Does anybodu allready lowered their GT with some springs?
I bought a Hamann springs, but after i find some comments on the russian web that the damper stroke becomes so short that it's always bumping to the damper limiter.
If someone can comment this would be fine.

Apparently the rears should be done with links due to the air suspension,

You're right. I've got them too, but i'm affraid of soon damper damage.
When i got e60 x-drive after installing H&R lowering springs it was nightmare because damper stroke becomes 0.5 inches and everytime you feel like you hit the floor.

You should not damage a nearly perfect suspension. In German BMW forums nobody does recommend it. You have a very nice luxury car, donīt pimp it down
