Is your extended warranty from BMW? How many miles do you have on the 645Ci? The thermostat is a common item that causes increased emissions and gaskets wear out at a certain mileage.

I would get a second opinion ASAP. Preferably from a good Indy.

BUMP!!!

I'm curious to know if these repairs were covered as well. I've received a couple of quotes regarding extended warranties...(AutoPom being one of them). Thanks.

They almost sound like they are proud of their work! Typical BMW repair estimate!

Hi! I brought the car in for repairs last august and they only repaired 1 out of the 3 or 4 faults found. They said that the other faults "weren't totally broken yet so they won;t change it just yet. Now, I have the car in the dealership again as of the moment, so I guess we'll see...
I'll keep you updated.

Now, I am getting the "increased body roll in curves" warning Avoid high cornering in high speed. Note: I am not racing or cornering in high speeds when it comes up. LOL
It's back in the dealership. Hope autopom comes to the rescue! I dont want to get raped...

Have you checked the fluid level in your power steering pump?
