Driver's Package?

Is the S7MEA M Drivers Package, which removes top speed limiting, available for the E92 M3?

Per BMW's ordering guide for the MY13 M3 it is not available in the US market. The only cars that I have seen stateside that have anything to do with the speed limiter are the sport/M sport equipped cars that have an "increased top speed limiter."

Not sure if the aftermarket/tuning gurus around here know a way around it though...

Thanks. My BMW dealer, Motorwerks, says that they can't provide the BMW option, but they will install the Dinan Performance Software that eliminates the Top Speed Limiter and changes the RPM limiter cut-out to 8,500RPM. They said that if they do so they will make the software change a part of my BMW NA maintenance record.

So, the deal is that they won't do BMW maintenance, but they will do third party aftermarket upgrades.

Makes me want to go back to Porsches.

Ha. I dont know what raising to 8500 rpm means. On my stock software my highest redline achieved was 8533. I was shocked. I could have raised it to 9k with my tune and remove speed limiter but i left that part in case bmw runs some tests and they see 9000rpm which is impossible in factory spec.
