Nitto Invo is a very comfy tire

I've probably had 10 or 15 different models of tires on my cars in the past 4 years and the Invo is among the top 3. It's a grippy summer tire but is also quiet and comfortable.

The Nitto Invos came in 8th out of 9 tested tires in a budget performance tire test in Car and Driver. They are not bad but there are better tires available.

If you want the best performance tire available by far then get the Pilot Super Sport. The Bridgestone S-04 Pole Position and the Continental ExtremeContact DW are also very good.

A good budget tire is the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo.

I have my almost brand new hankook v12 for sale. I used them for 5 days. I have proof and receipt. Willing to let them all go for $800 flat.. 245/40-19 and 275/40-19. I bought them for around $1,000.

P.S: only if you live in SoCal

Guys don't take this as a stupid question but if you change from run flats to regular tires do you carry a spare in the trunk?

No you don't just buy a repair kit and there's also some kind liquid can fix. Btw there's no such as a stupid question, what's stupid is not asking if something is unclear.

I carry both the mobility kit and the m6 spare tire with integrated jack for trips. So far haven't had to use either one in 2 years (knock on wood).

For the same size? U sure? Tax included? I bought them from Amazon, I have the receipt. Because I have free 2 days shipping, faster than TireRack so.

Or just p.m me how much you want it for? And your zipcode. I have prove of 5 days usage. It's 99.99% new.

Good Luck!

Super Sport: best tire period. Grip, handling etc is insane.
Conti DW: very good grip with softer ride.
Hankook V12: really good grip. Hard ride IMO. Great budget tire.

new shoes

Well, an update on the treadwear on my Michelin super sports - I put another set of new super sports on the rear yesterday as they were worn out. Quite pleased that I got 20 months and 29K miles out of the rears. I don't do many donuts but like to get it loose on takeoff.

I have an E64 but also an E90. I just replaced Pilot Super Sport tires on the rear of my E90 after only 20,000 miles. Wear matters a lot to me so I won't be using those tires again.

I have Continental Extreme contact on front of same car and they have about 40,000 miles and still have decent tread. That's what I will use going forward.

You could try the Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110

On tire rack their $724 for a set of 4 on the factory 19" rims. Good tires. I've had them for 2 years now and they still look new. Granted over the last year here in Cambodia I haven't hit more than 70mph but they handle wonderfully. However when I was in Manila I would see 140mph+ every Sunday when me and all my friends would do Fun Runs. These tires have been great.

Plus I'm cheap.....LOL...no need for max performance tires when I will never see that type of driving.

Don't give up on Run Flats

I just swapped out Bridgestone Potenza Summer RFTs for their all season RFTs. These tires are incredible from a performance standpoint (as good as the Summers). But the All Seasons not stiff like the other RFTs I have used. In fact, I would never have guessed I was driving RFTs if I didn't see the RFT label on the tires. (More importantly the wife has stopped complaining about the bumpy ride.)
