97' 528i rough idle when warm (not cold)

So...My my 528i (1997) has developed a rough idle when fully warm. This has been going on for a few months, and I just can't get it figured out. The car starts fine, doesn't idle roughly/shake when cold, but after the engine is up to full operating temp and I have driven 15 to 20 miles the engines shakes/vibrates roughly when sitting still.

I do have a P0505 which I know can be tough to figure out, so the first thing I did was to check all vacuum lines... fixed a few and all others look good. I then cleaned the IAC and made sure it was sealing in its grommet correctly. I have sprayed carb cleaner around the intake and all vacuum connections numerous times and have not found a leak anywhere.

The car runs great off idle, but shakes/vibrates a good amount when fully warm and idling. Where should I go from here? I own operate a shop part-time from my home so I am not a newbie to mechanics... but this car keeps me on my toes from time to time

Could be CPS.
If this is the case, use BMW CPS only.

It has a new Camshaft Position Sensor about 5 months ago... Factory Siemens Part. Or do you mean a crankshaft position sensor?

I meant Cam PS. So you are OK.

Read to see if you have any error codes.

Check all hoses for cracks, vacuum leak. The Intake Boot (just upstream of the throttle) is notorious for cracks at the bottom that is hard to detect unless you remove it.

Just thought I would share my data when warm (shaking) at idle:

F/T 1x1 1.6%
F/T 2x1 0.8%

O2 1x1 0.9V
O2 1x2 0.1V
O2 2x1 0.2V
O2 2x2 0.1V

LTFT1 7.0%
LTFT2 3.1%
STFT2 1.6%

I am not sure what my values should be or even how to read these values... Just thought I would share them so that those who are in the know could help. Also, what is a good way for me to learn about fuel trims and the like?

Thanks in advance

cn90 - I will check for vacuum leaks again... Sounds like I need to make a smoke tester. Probably will just use a smoke/fog machine like they use at highschool dances

Make sure you play cheesy music when you do that.
