Mein Auto: M6 convertible
Angry Bmw m6- if my axle or ibeam is cracked or damage would the car tell me?

I am a new M6 owner, although the actual car is a 2007. I have had my car three weeks total. A German Shepherd jumped out in front of me while going 50 mph. I slammed on the brakes, started sliding, jumped the median twice, before coming to a stop on the side of the road. I severely bent 2 of my wheels, one of which blew a tire. All things considered, I guess I'm pretty lucky to be alive. I am also very lucky that I did not hurt anyone else or the dog. There is absolutely zero body damage on the car, however I really slammed into the median very hard to the point a tire blew and two rims are totally bent. My question is, if I damaged the axle, or I-beam, would the car tell me? Unfortunately, the wheels on my car are maya wheels and they're discontinued. This means that I cannot buy two replacement wheels that are exactly the same. My only option at this point is to repair both of the wheels. Has anybody had any experience with wheel repair for aftermarket wheels? Please share any comments. Thank you so much and happy motoring
