I talked to bmw na yesterday and they said my vehicle should be on the next ship leaving Bremerhaven on either the 2nd or 7th heading to California. My car has been at port of exit since 27th so it hasn't been that long but from what my CA is saying it should be ready for pick up October 15thish. If it gets picked up this up coming week supposedly it's a 25 day trip. So the wait begins but I must say knock on wood, the 2.5 weeks so far has flown bye. I'm sure the wait will make seeing it for the first time a lot better. Looks like we're all checking everyday haha

According to BMW USA, my X1 is on the vessel "Columbia Highway" headed to the US as of this morning. My car got to the port on the 26th, and currently is in the North Sea making 15.6 knots. But I guess that doesn't count towards the break-in period...

The BMW "My BMW" site is still indicating that my X1 is still at the port - has been since 8/13. Don't know if they are ever going to put it on a ship or not??

The website is often behind, as I understand it. Call BMW USA and talk to one of the reps there and they will check for you. Or your dealer can do it.

Thanks, I am in Italy until 9/18, & was hoping I could check on the progress on the website. I will try emailing my dealer.

My car has been at the port since 8/13 & I received this message from my dealer today.

Your car shipped yesterday and is on the "Integrity". They are obviously running behind because of all the vacations. The computer says it will arrive in this country about the 21st. Once it arrives in Baltimore it will take about 5 days to get to our dealership. Sounds like you will get your car about a week after you get back. You should be able to get it this month.

BTW - the BMW owners site still does not show it as shipped.

Congrats. Here's the schedule for Integrity- pulled it from the W&W website and it was a table so the formatting didn't transfer but the first date is scheduled arrival, second is departure.

BREMERHAVEN GERMANY 04/09/2013 05/09/2013
SOUTHAMPTON UNITED KINGDOM 08/09/2013 08/09/2013
BALTIMORE, MD U.S.A. 20/09/2013 22/09/2013
CHARLESTON,SC U.S.A. 24/09/2013 24/09/2013
BRUNSWICK, GA U.S.A. 25/09/2013 25/09/2013
GALVESTON,TX U.S.A. 29/09/2013 29/09/2013

My X1 is on Columbia Highway, which Marine Traffic shows just leaving Southampton right now, headed to Baltimore and then to Brunswick on about Sept. 19, where it will be offloaded. Hoping remnants of TS Gabrielle don't kick up the seas and slow the ship down.

Not that much different. You just had a 3 day start on me.

I'm at 8/17 to *indefinite*.

Day 22...

My X1 arrived at the port on the 26th of Aug. Spoke with BMW NA on the 29th and said it should be on the next ship leaving Bremerhaven to California. Called BMW today and they said there is still no shipping info and hasn't been assigned to a ship yet, I just hope I get the car before Oct 31st. It's been almost a month since I ordered it and the trip alone one in route t California is 25-30 days and possibly another week or two upon arriving at destination. So it will be close
