"05 X3 starting issues

Good day everyone. I am hoping someone can shed some light on my problem with my '05 X3. It starts then immediately stalls, occasionally will hunt for idle then smooth out and then die upon acceleration. I have cleaned the MAF and now am turning my attention to the idle control valve. Has anyone removed this, if so what are the steps?

Your probably experiencing a fuel pump failure. Its right inder the backseat on a 3 series, try there on your car. Pop it out and take it for testing at the dealer. Good luck chap, its not a trainsmash repair. Don't try driving your car with this problem.
