Re: My heater blower stopped working

Go in e38.or to find the fuse location. My blower didn't just got out like yours. Mine slowly went and caught fire so be careful get that fuse out asap

Re: My heater blower stopped working

Go on e38.org. it could also be the resistor that is on the blower motor it self. But do check relays!

Hi mayorchuck has u know my car 1995 under bonnet I have relays 2 relays for abs on drivers side with a 50 amp fuse .on the passenger side there are 2 relays with what looks like 2 large plugs with lots of wires coming from them. In the boot battery side a row of fuses all these are good . In glove compartment there is a pull down lid with a bunch of fuses and all these checked out ok so I hope it's a relay that is at fault . Your info and pics are very good but I hope I don't have to strip the dash out as the electrics on dash working and I can here clicking when I press the boost switch

Your info is a little different as I assume your car is RHD. While the blower relay does work off Fuse 32, it is in a different location that mine would be.

Go here:

http://www.bmw-planet.com/diagrams/r...8old/index.htm

Put k4 in the search box and hit search. Click on the + button and it will list the different options. The blue shaded option will show a picture of where the relay is on your car (right hand drive)

Yes. Actuators for the various flaps throughout the system.
