Check your ignition system; plugs, wires, coil wires, cap, rotor, and the connections, check for vacuum leaks, make sure the idle air control valve is working (remove and clean it and the passages it connects to), your injectors could be clogged or faulty, or the pressure regulator could be bad, bad O2 sensor, bad coolant temperature sensor, there's lots of possibilities.

Take the injectors for a rig clean first (PLEASE dont use add-to-gas stuff!!) Check fuel pressure and flow while the injectors are away. catso's tests are also valid.

What catso said.
My 2 cents: From your description, go with vac leaks and O2 sensor.
Apparently O2 sensors should be done every 60k or so, so you are doing preventative maintenance at the same time even if it isn't the O2 sensor.
Maybe check all grounds, their's a few there to check.
