Auto Window Not Working

My rear right side auto-window is not working. it is currently closed. when I push open button, I can hear two click sounds, but window will not go down. I removed the panel, and it seems all cables are in right positions, not jumping. Please help, what may be the problem?
Thanks!
Eric

Hi, my car is 2003 525i with a 1-piece window regulator on rear-right side window. The window is in fully up position. when I push down button, I can hear two clicks, but window will not come down. How can I get the glass down to remove upper bolt of the regulator?
Thanks!

The window regulator may not be bad. Do you get the same result when you use the front window switch, rear window switch and when you use the key in the driver's door lock turned to unlock and held for 15 seconds? If the result is the same then the problem could be the general module which controls the rear windows.

My next door neighbor sneezed this morning when she want out to get her paper; do you think she has a cold, or just the flu?

It may be allergies.

Hi, Scott, Thanks for the response. all other windows work fine. I got the same results with the key in the driver's door lock and turned to unlock and held for 15 seconds. where is the general module that control the rear windows? is it the control panel on the drivers door?

Yo Whitney,

Do you get the same result when you use the front window switch, rear window switch and when you use the key in the driver's door lock turned to unlock and held for 15 seconds? REAR SWITCH works or not?

I swapped the two rear window switches and I got the same results, so both switches are good. same results with using driver side switch to control the rear-right side window.
I also checked the voltage at the motor of bad regulator, and I got 12 vots. So I think it is the motor problem, although I can hear two clicks when push the switch.
