E63 / E64 6 Series (2003 - 2013)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

M6 Brake Upgrade..*****!

So upon making the decision to keep my 05 645ci I thought that it would be a great idea to perform a few upgrades. One of the many upgrades performed was to install rotors, calipers, and hawk hps pads from an 07 M6. The install was straightforward and took a couple of hours to complete. The difficult part was bleeding the braking system. After the install, I can only say wow....I'm truly impressed. After properly bedding in the brake pads this car stops on a dime. You can literally feel your eyeballs shoot forward from the braking force. If you've been on the fence about this swap....DO IT! its highly recommended. The next upgrade within the next month will be the ESS TVS2 Supercharger.....I will do a writeup on that one. Pictures coming soon.

Hahaha! Yeah I also did an extensive search on ESS SC'ed 645/650 and came up with a couple of hits. One of which was a video of Importfests ESS SC'ed 645:

And the other was from a shop overseas (cant remember the link). There was also a member (kernelmaker) on Bimmerforums who placed the ESS Supercharger on a 550i and was pleased with the results. I know that he also has a dyno chart posted somewhere as well, but I cant seem to find it.

I will post pictures of the completed Brake Upgrade once I upload the pics to the desktop.

Here are a few shots of the brake upgrade. Keep in mind that these are 22" rims. The rotors are HUGE!

I purchased parts from Troy745 on eBay, however I can say that I would NOT recommend him from personal experience on a couple of orders. There are a few sets from other sellers on there as well...check em out. It should run you more more than $800usd for the rotors, calipers, stock pads, and associtaed hardware.....all used of course.
