E36 M3 window motor horror!

Hi everyone, again I'm here with a window mystery. I've replaced everything, weather strips, regulator, Rail, motor.. Even Window. I've gone through 4 bmw window motors. For some reason the teeth strip out and start to grind. I've lubed the rubbers. No resistance anywhere..but still strips out the gears. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you have new sliders? New bushing? When I did my window motor on my driver's side I used white lithium lube. Wiped all the old grease and re-grease everything.
