Rear Fog Lights on 750i ???

Does anyone know if the 2009 750i has rear fog lights? I swear I can see bulbs inside of a small reflector window at the bottom of the taillight assembly. Is this a retrofit? Or, is this only available for other countries?

Yes it does however it does disable the adaptive braking display when in use
it's all plug-n-play, all you need is the EU switch.

The fog lights are already there from the factory however there is no switch on dash for US models. The lights come on as accessory brake lights during a panic stop.

Euro headlight switches are readily available and make this a simple change out for the rear fogs to work.

Here are some pics;

I'm running a group buy for these switches on an F10 thread and I have six left from the current batch which is going through U.S. Customs today.

http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=731053

A 2012 750I owner was looking at buying one of these switches from my group buy but he saw this post and was worried that he might lose an important safety feature.

Individual_7er, do you have more information about what the interference or linkage is between the use of the rear fog light-enabling switch and the adaptive break light feature? in the F10, we have not seen any loss or degration of the adaptive brake lights when the rear fog light switch is installed.

My reason for asking is to be better informed about the subject, so I am grateful for any information that you may have.

Regards,
MWPos
