I had a similar experience with Monrovia BMW. I now have my car serviced at Center BMW in Sherman Oaks, great service and attention. Ask for Brian Douglas, he takes great care of me every time I go in.

Anyways, I told service writer, sorry forgot his name, can it be checked out? He was very rude and said they wont look at it till tomorrow. I told him its ok I will just need a way back home. He replied "Go ahead" and walked away. Then I asked do you have any type of loaner program for the time my car is being looked at? He then said there is car rentals like enterprise you can call. SERIOUSLY!!!!! I was even embarrassed for asking. I just asked for my key and left.
I just couldn't believe how rude this service writer was at this location. Another thing is BMW does not provide loaner cars when your brand new car is being looked at? Cant Believe Chevy can loan you a car, and the same model, when I get mine in service. do you guys think this is just at this dealership or all of them.
