The switches are in the U.S. going through Customs.

5 switches left in this group buy.

This is the last group buy I'm doing for a few months so if you are thinking that you may want one, please purchase one of these.

From reading on here, you lose your adaptive brake lights, its either fog lights (via the euro switch you install) OR the panic lighting. Is this true?

Nope. Not true in the idea that you lose one when gaining the other. The situation is that if these rear fog lights are enabled there will be less of an increase in brake light intensity in the common brake light cells during emergency braking because the cells are already slightly more bright than normal. They will, however, still increase in brightness or flash, however your car is coded, during an emergency braking situation. Got this data from the supervisor at my dealership after a 750i owner asked the same question.

No more switches are available right now from this group buy but I wil keep your PM's in order, so if any currrent buyer changes his mind, I will go down my list of PMs and give you, in turn, the right of refusal. I currently have in my PM list two recent entries; D2nice and P-funk. Please send me PMs if you wanted to be added to my backup list for this buy, and possibly to participate in a fourth buy in the new year.

I have a 2013 Canadian F10 M5, are you able to source the switches with just the rear fog light button as the M5's do not have front fog lights?

My friend in Europe tried to find one for stealth.pilot on his last shopping trip but could not. I have a standing order with him to keep the search going. I'll ask him to look for two now, instead of just one for stealth.pilot.

Mine arrived today too ... probably get to it tomorrow. How 'easy' was it to pull the panel away from the dash? I can get my fingers under it OK but the youtube shows using a plastic tool to pry it off.

No tools! Just steady finger pressure and it'll come off. Start on left side. Lift a little bit. Then even up from right side. So forth until it pops off.

Went out there with all the plastic tools I could steal from the kitchen ... but none were necessary. That's the easiest a panel has come off the dash of any BMWs I've had in 20+ years!! (Don't know if that's good or bad )

That said - out and in ... off and on ... All's good -- Michael's the champ of the week
