528i day rental

Took my 08 328xi for an oil change today but BMW said the brakes also needed to be flushed. BMW said it would take quite a bit of time for this to be done because the place was booming, So since BMW has awesome customer service they lent me a 528i for the day. The 2013 528i rides so nice but almost comparable to the 328xi. In closing the 528i is a very sharp car and quick for a 4 cylinder twin turbo. I will be looking in the mere future to purchase a 528i.

Welcome to the 528i! If you are ok with the acceleration (compared to the 535i) , you can reap the benefit of lower acquisition cost and a fuel economy edge. I drive 80% highway on my 78 mile round-trip commute - get mid-thirties for fuel economy.

I cannot remember a car so comfortable, quiet, rock solid and economical in some 55 years of driving. Even my wife doesnt complain but gets nervous when I consider trading it!!!

The 528i Is a solid car, and has a quick pickup with the twin turbos, but i guess some people like 300hp instead of 230hp. Cant beat 40mpg

FYI: it is not twin turbo, it is twin scroll.

And in reality, the N20 is about 240hp/260 lb.ft at the wheels. That could explain why it moves the 4000lbs 528i so effortlessly.
