I believe those come in right- and left-hand threads. You might need to specify which one you need. However, I know of no source for either, I guess it doesn't matter. You will probably have to fabricate something, which really doesn't look too hard.

Thank you for your reply Blacklane. Yes, I'm looking for the right side on the passenger seat. I'm thinking I will have to get something fashioned as well.
Best,

Pardon my curiosity, but how did you lose that part? Its not an insubstantial hunk of metal that blew away with the breeze.

Each seat has a right and left threaded block. One has an L on it, the other has nothing. They might be hard to fabricate because they have to fit the threaded seat rods, which are not the kinds of threads that can be drilled and tapped.

Yeah. I know all the odds are against me on this one. It will be a very expensive lesson to learn

Part was found. Bushings have been reinstalled. Now my seats are solid as a rock! Wahoo!

Care to share where you found the parts?
I have to fix the passenger seat on my z3 in the near future.

Doug Whalen specializes in Part #2, or rather an improved version of Part #2. You're saying he also has Part #3, which is what you asked for in the original post?

No no no. He has the aftermarket Delrin bushings. The other piece (#3) I was able to recover. The project is complete 100% and my seats are solid as a rock!!
