No, not for a couple months at least. BMW introduced the Eco-credits when the diesels were sitting around on dealer lots and needed to be moved. More specifically the 335ds. In my area, they had zero issue moving X5ds, but the 335ds were a tough sell.

I dont see the F15 X5D getting the same amount of credit the E70s have. People are welcoming the F10ds here pretty well, and im guessing the f15 will see a similar reception

Mein Auto: Z4 and X5 Diesel
I haven't done a pricing comparison of the F15 diesel vs. gasoline, but when BMW launched the diesel E70 they were rather aggressive in their pricing for the diesel option, as compared to their competitors. When they discovered the E70 Diesel was over-priced and sales needed a boost, being BMW they didn't want to admit making a pricing mistake, so they kept a semi-permanent eco-credit around, rather than do an official price reduction.

I suspect they have addressed the difference in the F15 base pricing making the likelihood and size of an ecocredit this time around somewhat less.

Just my opinion...
