Bluetooth

I just purchase a 2011 Z4. It has Bluetooth and my Android Razr phone paired up with no issues but when I make or receive a phone call the other party has trouble hearing me. I have tried setting the phone on the console just beneath the radio but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone have any suggestions or settings changes I could try?

Thanks!

(Assuming you have iDrive)

When you are in a call you can set the Bluetooth volume levels for both the speaker and microphone of the hands free system.

When you are not in a call the settings are grayed out and not available.
