Should I buy this e46 M3? (pls help)

Long time lurker, finally posting.

Should I buy this e46 m3? Here's the description:

The time has come to let go of my E46M3. Over the past 2 years, Ive replaced and refreshed nearly everything on the car, from the seats, to paint, to the subframe/vanos. There is very little, if anything at all, this car needs in terms of maintenance. As such, it is priced higher than your average e46m3. Then again, this is far from your average e46 on the market.

Year: 2003 w/ every 2003.5 factory option installed by the dealer
Mileage: 128,071
Color: Frozen Stahl Grey Metallic (OEM Paint used to repaint)

Factory Options:
SMG Transmission
Cold Weather Package
Black Nappa intr.
Bi-Xenon lights
OEM 19' wheels
PDC parking distance control
Moon roof
OEM Navi w/ updated disc (2013)
HK speakers (upgraded now with BSW stage 1)
6 CD Alpine rear unit
Wired for Heated seats
Wired for Bluetooth
Factory LED taillights (installed by dealership in late 2003)
AUX cable (ipod, mp3)

Extrerior:
Re-painted May of 2013 Factory Stahl Grey Metallic (custom Frozen hue)
Carbon Fiber Fenders, and Hood, w/ LTW design flag exposed as Carbon

Coded Options:
1 touch rear windows
M trac Traction Control
CSL SMG reflash
corner lights turned off when Headlights are on (euro style)
Windows go up/down with key fob lock/unlock
Navi warning screen bypassed
Euro tune flashed

Interior:
Black Nappa Front and Rear seats from a 2006 M3, 9/10 condiditon
Storm Motorwerks SMG Titnauim knob, Gaiter Ring, and Cig. lighter plug
DeadlySyns Custom deisgn/wrapped OEM Alcantara Steering Wheel,
GSP SMG Brake Pedal
Short Center console w/ arm rest delete
New M3 embroidered floor mats
DeadlySyns Custom design/wrapped SMG boot

Performance:
Factory Euro headers w/ sect. 1 Euro Cats
B-Line Motorsports Dry Carbon heat-shield and air induction system
RD Sport Muffler (can have taken off for OEM)

Suspension:
JIC Magic Monotube coilovers w/ Camber plates, Helper springs

Maintenance: This is a tough one, theres been so much done, and up until a few months ago, I had never considered selling. I do have a spread sheet that I can e-mail any serious buyers. For now, Ill list everything that Ive covered in the last 2 years that might have been a issue for a new owner, had I not replaced it.

Subframe mount reinforcement w/ Power-flex bushing's
Differential Power-flex bushing's w/ new bolts
FCAB/RTAB Power-flex bushing's
OEM Control/Trailing Arm's replaced
OEM Motor mounts
Rogue Engineering Transmission mounts
Beisan Vanos anti-rattle kit
TurboToy Vanos Hub
Recent Valve adjustment
CSB/Guibo
New design Exhaust Cam Sensor
SMG clutch/flywheel/associated hardware
Apex 75mm stud kit
exhaust hanger bushings
1yr old OEM battery
neurotic oil changes w/ BMW Castrol 10w60 every 4500 mile interval (will include the 24 bottles, and 2 oil filters I have left over)

Everything else, from timing chain tensioner, to alternator has been replaced in the past 2 years. Ill work on uploading my spread sheet soon.

Owners: My self and the original owner. The title has been changed names through 3 different family members, although I have been the only one to do any driving of it after it was purchased from the original owner. Purchased in June 2008 as a graduation present. Car was left completely stock until June 2011. Smog was done recently. Title in hand, and fully paid off. No accidents requiring insurance, or a tow truck. Had a parking lit fender bender, just scratched, and dented the drivers side fender.

I think that's nearly everything...

Reason: I grew up fantasizing over the E36M3, and I dearly miss my previous Artic Silver. My condo could use some remodeling as well, so unfortunately, the E46M3 which Ive spent the past 2 years building, has to go."

Asking price was $12.25k.

Thanks guys.

did you end up buying this car? If not, and you are no longer pursuing, would you share the owners information with me? I am interested in AZ.

Thanks
