Fog light

I recently knocked out the driver side fog light on my 98 e36. No wires were severed. The only available wire has connectors that seem to fit on posts, not a plug like the passenger side. Any help would be appreciated.

BMW makes a lot of their connectors "serviceable" which means you can buy a replacement contact with a wire attached to it to splice in. The contacts have a molded jacket and then they slip into a connector body that snaps over them to hold them in place. The connector body went with your fog light and left you just the contacts. If you go to realoem.com or bmwfans.info you can look up the part number and order the connector body. Alternatively you can go to a junk yard and see if you can pick on off.
