P0300, P1346, P1344, P1342, P0171 and P0174. Help!

So been doing some DIY thanks to this site and still can't solve a problem.
Driving a 2001 330i and noticed some rough idle on start with some oil leakage. Eventually I popped a 171, 174 codes with the occasional cylinder misfire. To tackle the various problems this is what I have done.

Changed out the VCG
Changed out the CCV
Changed out the fuel filter
Changed the Spark plugs
Cleaned the MAF
Reset the Throttle Adaptation Values (Key in position 1 for 10 sec, Key off for 10 sec, Start car)

I still have some oil leakage and expect that the Oil Reservoir gasket is likely bad due to age also so have ordered a new one for that, but I anticipate that it isn't going to fix the codes, just the oil leakage.

After the recent spark plug and MAF cleaning I now just popped the 300, 1342, 1344, 1346 and 171 codes (the 174 wasn't there but based on only cylinders 1-3 misfiring that seems to be right as it is associated with 4-6)

Can someone help with the rest of the codes? Could the MAF be causing all of these misfires (I know it affects the lean conditions) but not sure. How about the O2 sensors? Is there a way to figure out what is bad without taking it to the shop and getting it hooked up to the super whiz bang reader?

I had the same problem a few weeks back and I replaced the DISA Valve AKA the Intake manifold actuator valve and everything was back to normal. I bought a repair kit for $48 a part from blue streak( just the flap) and replaced it. look it up on you tube on how to DIY.

The cost of a OEM is around $500 at the bmw dealer so I decided to go for the after market part because it was only the flap mechanism that was faulty. the rest of the DISA valve was functioning ok.

Hope this helps
