Starter Motor

Hi,

I am trying to get a 1981 BMW 320i E21 1.8L back in operation. Need instructions on best way to replace the starter motor.

Mein Auto: 1981 320i (E21)
I'm not sure how to R & R the starter with the engine assembled and in the car. Mine is an '81 with 314,000 miles and the factory starter still works like new. (The car has been in my family since my father bought the car new.)
