OEM or Aftermarket Hoses

Hi Guys and Gal,

Thought id go straight to the experts.
My beloved X5 has decided to blow a hose that leads from the back of the motor at the top to the heater "junction box" on the right hand side of the bay. These hoses all then go through the firewall on the back of the engine bay.
The hose has come off and it looks to be thinner at one end but then splays out to twice its size on the end that goes into the back of the motor.

The numbers on the side of the hose are

BMW 64 21-8 383 555f
Conti >p-EPDM< 1Q01

I am having no luck in finding a replacement and the car doesn't work too well with out it on :-)

Any Ideas from your Learned ones?
Help me Obi Wan, you're my only hope

Garry
