I like what you've done and love the color. Not sure if I like the german flag colors though, the one on the bumper isn't too bad but with the grille it's just a little too much. Also I like the splitters except they seem off because are pretty wide.

IDK if those are mounted to a straight-pipe or some cans? I could see why a shop wouldn't want to if they were attached to cans. But seeing as you've gone through all the trouble of going dual exhaust, I'm betting you went straight pipes.

Just go to an exhaust shop and have them cut a section of the pipe out and re-weld? Might actually be an issue on the Pass side, depending on how the pipe was ran.
IIRC the driver's side is about a 12-18" straight shot on the 540i after a bend near the rear susp.

Looks good.
I like the flag on the bumper especially!
(grill is too much I think as well, exhaust can be a little smaller indeed)
I noticed the Nordschleife sticker. Did you actually drive it with this car? That must have been a costly trip, or did you import the car?
cheers

Clean bro, I want to get the M5 mirrors as well. Where did you get them from if you dont mind me asking and they function properly? Was it hard to get them working, i want to do the M5 mirrors retrofit.

I got them from someone here in Houston who was parting out an M5. They function great they are 100X better in visibility than the square ones and I got the folding module for the pass side I still need the driver side so I can get the to fold. Pretty easy and straight forward install. The big problem for me was the foo panel clips broke and I didn't have any extras on hand. So u might want some extras just incase

Ah, that's too bad. Than it has to go ... Are there any e39 drivers from outside of Europe on this forum that did take theirs around the track? I guess it is only affordable if you were an expat and brought your own car to Europe, or if you do it before you import it overseas.

Don't forget to update the picture in your signature.
cheers,
E39-rijder

Looking good, Mike.
I wouldn't drive a single miles with those tips like that. I would have fix them, then and there, when you have them installed.

Lol I know man. Do you guys think a machine shop can cut them good? I it can't be cut from the inside. The only way is the tips gotta be cut on the outside. They are not as bad in person. Only about 2inch longer than they should be
