Question Traction Control Issue or other problem

This has happened a few times during the past week:

While turning right-on-red, I make the initial acceleration into the traffic lane, get on the throttle, and the car acts as though the traction control has stopped everything!

I do not see any indicators light up on the dash. After what seems like a few seconds, all the symptoms disappear and the car accelerates as expected.

Is the traction control acting faster that than the indicators can display, or is there some sort of throttle issue?

Just a footnote, this is not during any kind of performance driving, just day to day stuff!

Any advice?

It might be flickering one time and presumably with your eyes on the road you didnt catch it. Your throttle and steering inputs have a direct relationship though. More steering less throttle.

Thanks for the reply pkim1079.
I used to own a Porsche 911, I certainly understand the theory of "less throttle"
I read in a driving book, if you drive a 911, "imagine a string attached to the big toe of your right foot and the center of the steering wheel, when you turn the wheel, progressivley lift your foot"

precisely....regardless the light might be coming on...sometimes my car does this too at the least expected part, as in, the computer also has an extra cushion for just in case it thought you were going to spin even if with traction control off, it would have been fine.
