This has been gone over a bit on this forum. This is what is generally suggested, and I have a 2011 with no combox:

Is your car not equipped with the ability to do this already?

Also depending on which bluetooth module your car may have, you may or may not be able to enable A2DP (Audio Streaming) by coding it as a newer module.

You should be able to connect to BT with the car.
I just figured this out yesterday
iPhone 5 is already Conected as phone
Go to external source from car
Connect
Your phone should be seen with the phone icon white and the music note gray.
Go to connect phone, go to phone settings
BT menu and it will show your phone not connected
Connect your phone and your good to go.
The music note should also be white now next to your phone under devices
May be easier just to connect with USB cord, but works the same

Thanks for your reply. I'm not able to play it through the blue tooth, but I did connect a cable and am able to play it through the aux.
