$7,500 Build Out Credit

Looks like there is a $7,500 credit available on 2014 650i's and 650ix's.

When combined with the M-Sport Edition, this takes approximately $15K off the price of the 650.

Did BMW have a similar incentive last year at this time?

I think that's the best incentive deal yet!

The four door 6-series variants only have a $2000 build-out credit. Is the 6-series coupe being discontinued?

Just the opposite. Since the GC has been such a success it strengthens the 6 series segment quite nicely. With BMW's philosophy of multiple variants within each series the 6GC is making it much more feasible to continue premium low volume vehicles, like the 6 coupe. There are some good things about BMW's new direction, survival first among them.

This is interesting news.....And a little troubling since I just signed my deal on Friday, and am picking up my car this Friday in Munich. I locked the December rates, which I believe had a better money factor and residual than the current deal (though I do not know for sure). Maybe when you do the numbers, the deal won't be that different from December, but I would not be too happy if the deal got much better one day after I signed my lease. Does anyone know what the mf and residual are?

I see the $7500 credit. Why do you say it is almost $15000 with the M Sport Line?

I see it now on all 6er coupes and convertibles. Yes, it is very aggressive indeed.

This does seems like a tremendous deal if you are in the market for the coupe or convertible especially if you want to buy.

Looking at the 640iX and 50iX coupe, I believe the residual % is 4% lower than it was in December for 36 month 10K/per year lease.

I wonder how much of a price gap there is between a loaded up 435 and 640 coupe based upon this offer?

What would be great lease deal based state side pricing and European delivery for a 650i?

I just signed mine as well, I'd hate to think its alot less than Dec. I'm guessing your right that the m/f and residual were better for us that locked in w/ the Dec incentives. Is this on '14s & '15s ?? If the residual is actually 4% lower thats significant. I would really like to know, and on the other hand, maybe better off not knowing !!

Good news. I just spoke to my dealer. Compared to our December deals, MF is up slightly by .005, residual is down by 3% (on the 640 vert at least), net difference in incentive money is $3,500-$4,000 (depending on whether you qualified for turn-key or not). We just ran the numbers, and the monthly payment is virtually identical. Due to the lower residual though, if you buy the car at lease end, you would have a lower fixed purchase price; but in reality, if you buy the car, it is often based on real market value rather than the buyout number, so this should not be a huge concern.

This deal applies to '14s only.

Of course, since there is nothing you or I could do for our deals, all of this information is moot. That being said, I am definitely relieved that there is not a big difference in the deals.

For those considering a Six, particularly the M-Sport Edition, I still think this is a (relatively) great deal.

Good to know, thank you. Mine is a 640 coupe M Sport and with the incentives I was well under 70k and am just under 700/mth. Needless to say, I was/am pleased. It being in the 50s and sunny in Munich when I was there, I was more pleased to put a few miles on the car. I know the 8cyl is the beast, but that six in that car is plenty quick.

Is this a good rule of thumb for a good lease payment: 10% of the negotiated price or less?

Congratulations! And Nice work finding an M-Sport Edition (ZMS). In your search did you find that there were still many M-Sport Editions around?

You sure you want 20s? In NYC? Now?
Did you read my updated post? 4 days old 640ix vert vs. Cross Bronx.
Now waiting for four new rims and two tires. That was with the 19s and AllSeason RunFlats!
Don't even think of skipping the Road Hazard Insurance.

Yes. There's a bunch of m sport cars on the ground. None with the 20 inch rims. Not 1.

This rebate is going to liquidate them quick to make room for the 15's.

2: I currently have the 20's and have had no issues. Plus the 20's look better than the 19's. Plus I wouldn't dare take my car on the cross Bronx. Even if I had the 19's.

If only they made a 6 series vert hovercraft, then the XBronx wouldn't be so terrifying.
Tried the Grand Central. Not much better. Thankfully most of the bigger holes have had (poor) temporary patches placed.
Enjoy the new ride. Love mine!
