Unhappy 2014 X3 Chassis Stabilization and Park warnings

My new 2014 X3 i35 has only 135 miles on it. When I stopped the car recently I got a dashboard warning light that said Chassis Stabilization Malfunction, Drive Moderately, See service consultant. Also the "Park" light with a P in a circle came on. Also a picture of the engine. All lights were in yellow. The Vehicle Info readings on the idrive said something like parking brake effectiveness reduced and chassis stabilization malfunction. Took it to dealer immediately and got a loaner. Waiting to hear the outcome. Anyone else get this?

2014 X3 Chassis Stabilization and Park warnings

It can be a simple fix or a very bad error. In my case it was the megatronic failure and they replaced it. I had mine around 3000 miles. Without warranty dealer stated it would have cost north of somewhere $3k

they said it was the DSC sensor error and they "re-calibrated" the sensor. We'll see if it happens again.
