Apologies if this is in the wrong forum

Up for sale is my 1988 BMW M5, VIN# WBSDC9300J2791184. Located in Miami, Florida.

Beautiful and rare E28 BMW M5, with legendary S38 engine. Car is in 85/100 condition, no damage, no accidents, no mechanical issues, very very minor rust on underside.
Engine is superb and running strong.

Interior in great condition, needs some color touch up but no cracking or tears in seats, all carpets and floor mats present and clean. All electric and heating for seats function perfectly, on board computer functions and fault check computer is also verified to be working 100%.

Only electrical faults on the car are 1x disabled window motor on drivers rear window, 1x broken window track on passenger rear window, odometer gear broken last week at 155,169 (car is driven under 20 miles per week).

Car has OEM silver BBS basketweave wheels with Michelin tires about 75%. Black powder coated BBS Style 5s on Kumho V12s at 90% are available as well.

Exhaust will be replaced with a Billy Boat SS system. OEM exhaust comes with the car at no cost if requested.

OEM Leather steering wheel has been removed to preserve it for future collector, comes with car and is in amazing condition as well.

Car currently has vinyl M-Technic wheel, looks OEM and can be swapped out in under 5 minutes. OEM shift knob in leather also preserved, 70/100 condition and was replaced to preserve with correct-look reproduction. shifter could use new bushings, but shifts strong and direct.

Front suspension recently refreshed with Lemforder control and thrust arms and bushings (M5 spec, not 750), new Poly swaybar bushings. rear suspension still strong after previous owner's refresh. SLS disabled but hardware all present. I believe the car currently sits on Eibach springs all around, unsure about the brand.

This M5 drives comfortably and reliably while being an absolute monster when needed. Looks amazing at shows and comes with an award for "Best Old School" from the 2013 Ft. Lauderdale BMW Show.

No need to sell, and prefer to trade for E39 M5/manual E46 M3/ other interesting trades and negotiations.

All trades and interesting offers considered, testing the waters on price but will sell for reasonable offer.
