What number did you enter into (your MID?) or on your (Nav screen?)? If you are getting the anti-theft code...the only way that comes up is if you entered one (or someone else did) or if you're trying to start someone's vehicle which entered a code to prevent others from starting the vehicle. (sorry I have to go there but this is your 1st post and we don't know anything about you other than you're inquiring about how to overcome a possible anti-theft feature...so yes, some of us are conscious of this and are not sure giving instructions on how to overcome this feature should be doled out without speculation).

If you have an owners manual...it explains how this feature works (actually it's either in your MID or Nav owners manual...which we don't know which set-up you have).

For instance, if you have the MID...see the info below...again, the 4 digit "CODE" is not static...it is a number that was entered by you...and must be remembered because you will need to reenter the number you used to activate the feature:
If you have Navigation monitor...then see the instructions below:

Please identify which set-up you have. Do you have the MID or do you have the Nav?

Ahhhh, you have the nav...and you definitely had the ignition in position 1 (not position 2)....and couldn't get the countdown?

And you also tried the default code for the NAV (0123)?

If the above fails...you may have to hookup to diagnostic equipment and communicate with the IKE/OBC.

Look at your fuse index (front & rear) and look for any that are for the instrument cluster. Try removing them (one at a time) then try to start the vehicle. Perhaps you can isolate the fuse that is controlling the code.

Report back what happens.
