Hello all
I replace my headlight and it was working fine
Then when I park the car after a few hours I noticed that it was off
It took me over an hour and 45 min to complete this job
And I use the Savannah D1S bulb
Do you think the bulb is bad?

Our lights are more complicated than just replacing the blub - there is the light blub, the igniter, and the ballast. All three work together to turn the light on. Beyond that there is the matter of the electrical connection itself, fuses, light body, etc.

Does the light flicker? Did it flicker prior to replacement? If so it might be the ballast and not the blub. You can get them used on ebay for around $80. On my 7 I have to remove the bumper cover to get to the ballast. That's not as hard as it sounds and there are DIYs all over this site explaining how to do that.
