I check periodically at the alignment and the tire wear and have noticed no wear or movement. Before I had this done, my rear tires were tilting and pointing outward and the inside of the tires had completely worn through the steel bands.
Where did you get the kit? Kits that I have found do not gain the amount of camber adjustment that I need. I have the same issue that you did.

I didn't. The garage did. Their name is:

Little Bear Wheel Alignment
3160 Albany Post Rd.
Buchanan, NY
914-737-1282

When I first approach them about this, they didn't hesitate and say that they would have to look into it, they knew right away just from looking at the attitude of the car what was needed.

96' Z3 Mileage

Purchased my 96' Z3 not long ago....Long time Miata owner....This Z3 was a one owner.....had 12,500 miles on it when I picked it up. All garage kept and in like new condition. BMW local service said it was one of the cleanest and well kept Z3's they have seen.

Well I am a long time owner of Miata's and have ZoomZoomed around with the best people over the last 15 - 20 years. Currently restoring a 90 model first year Miata, and have owned 95' M, 97' M, 2004 Turbo Charged Mazda Speed, 2008 GT, 2013 GT.

Of all the Miatas only the 08 and 13 GT cars come close to the 96' Z3 I just purchased. The 1.9 in the Z3 and 2.0 in the 08 and 13 Miata are close but the Z3 really takes off and really runs great.

I have been looking for a sweet Z3 (hate the Z4) for a long time and finally found this one. Only thing I hate is that darn plastic rear window in the Z3....it has clouded up and looking at replacment soon.

Cant wait to put some miles on my 007 look alike car !

if a 4 cylinder z3 is comparable to a miata, you'll be in heaven driving a 6 cylinder z3. i had thought the miata was faster than that. that little retractable hardtop is tres cute.

Re: Just Curious: How Many Miles On Your Z3 or Z4?

trust me man, im not thrilled about it either. we literally hit 0, ya ZERO degrees this week in boston, and it snowed significantly twice. and we use that awful corrosive salt, not the fancy beet mixture. i just cant subject her to it. apr 1st though she is coming out to play. in the meantime, shes close to getin' stripped down for the works

Understood, 0 f degrees, snow, salt = Z3 gets hard time sittin still in the garage ... If it had snowed that much here the whole state wudda shut down .... Heck they close schools here just on the mention of snow in the forecast .. Well hopefully it will warm up soon for you and the roads will dry out and you can top down it again before you know it. Here today we are puttin her into the wind and going Christmas shopping top down style!

Merry Christmas to all

I live in Wisconsin, the land of salt and snow. I don't take my car our in the spring until we have a good rain to wash the salt residue off the roads. Even if the weather gets nice, that corrosive salt still remains. We've already had numerous days below zero and January and February are usually our coldest months.

My 2001 3.0i now has 42K. I bought it in '08 with 18K. I had it out of the garage here in Wisconsin last weekend for the 1st time since November.
